I’m looking forward to Eric and Meagan wedding this July in Rye, NH! These high school sweethearts traveled down to Cape Cod a couple weeks ago and it was so nice to get to know each other more before the big day!
They gave me free reign on the location for our photos, and I almost had a little photographer’s block in trying to decide! I had a hunch that Barnstable Village would be a great fit, so I actually went for a run one day around the area to explore. The low tide below Mattakeese Wharf restaurant was exactly the fun and unique kind of backdrop I was hoping for!
These guys may have been a little nervous about posing for photos, but I think we all loosened up and had a blast within no time. And that’s why I love engagement sessions! Better to goof off and get used to the camera and each other before your wedding day :-)
As the sun was truly going down on our session, Meagan and Eric happily agreed to check out one last location with me – a place I remembered from my high school ecology class many years ago!
Meagan and Eric, thank you so much for coming down to the Cape and exploring for some fun photos! I’m even more excited to see you both in July – happy planning!
