Weddings

Fresh. Modern. Authentic.

While you choose colors and shoes and flavors of cake, what you’re really seeking is to create an overall vibe that’s unique to you as a couple. To celebrate in the connections and embraces that have brought you to this place. You want your guests to feel it, and I want to capture that feeling.

My overall approach is journalistic, with my eyes are wide open to find the stories of your wedding day. We’ll capture some traditional shots along the way, as well, but I hope to make this feel easy and natural for everyone involved. Important to the fresh feeling in my images is the use of film and natural light. Film has a rich, creamy quality and dynamic range that I feel cannot be matched by digital – and it’s actually what you’re seeing 90% of the time on my blog. But I carry all the tools necessary to meet any situation, including digital and lighting equipment, and for you this results in a seamless digital delivery of all your files.

Whether you’re planning a wedding at the most barefoot edges of the beach, or on the snow-capped mountains of the north, I look forward to hearing from you. Travel inspires me.

Wedding coverage is $4,200, and includes up to eight hours with one photographer, and all of your images on DVD. From there you can customize with additional options to fit your unique plans.

I’d love to learn more about you! Please reach out through the contact form to the left or by e-mailing stacey [at] staceyhedman [dot] com, and I’ll be happy to send you more information!
