What a gorgeous October weekend it was for a wedding!
I don’t normally split wedding photos into separate posts, but I was fortunate to join in a few extra activities for this nearby fall wedding. On Saturday, I dropped Gary and our houseguests (dogs too!) off at the Oktoberfest celebrations in Mashpee, and I continued on to catch up with the next-day bride, Jen, and her girls who were putting together these stunning flower arrangements at Coonamessett Farm. I can’t even imagine better flowers for this time of year, and for an organic farm setting!
The next morning, I swung by the hair salon to say hello. My connection to these girls began with knitting, so I shouldn’t have been surprised to see all the knitting needles out – love it! Jen’s family owns the wonderful Sage Yarn shop on Main Street in Falmouth, MA.
I’m a sucker for a make-up shot… particularly when it’s the good stuff. I love this collection of fall eye-shadows too. Thanks to Heads-Up Beauty Designs for hosting us on an early Sunday morning!
Stay tuned – later today even! – for the rest of this October wedding at Coonamessett Farm! We were blessed with beautiful light, a gorgeous setting, and a lovely group of people to share the celebrations with.
I am just in love with your work. I feel like a junkie, and I need another fix! I keep looking at your blog to stay in touch with the feelings and emotions of that night. Not to mention missing Jen and Matt. You’re a dream come true. Thank you for something I will treasure always.
