This August, I had the amazing opportunity to join in the bakery of Manchester, Vermont’s Earth Sky Time Community Farm.
I’m a sucker for all things farm-to-table, so when Oliver and Bonnie asked me to come for a couple of mornings to document the full bakery process – let’s just say I would have said YES even if I hadn’t been able to leave with a paper bag full of FRESH croissants in my arms :-)
Most of this post follows Sarah as she makes various croissants and breads for the weekend CSA and farmers markets… wonderful to chat with you, Sarah!
