Katie and Justin were married on a beautiful September day – and by beautiful I mean the blue-skies, fluffy-clouds, ocean-breeze kind of beautiful!
We’re friends with Katie & Justin, so this was an extra special day to be a part of. We’ve watched them begin as colleagues, pretend they weren’t together, and then grow as the amazing couple that they are today.
It’s also quite fun to wink across the beach ceremony to my own husband (and give him a light to hold ;-)).
Their dog, Basil, was a pretty active participant in the day. Just another one of the ladies!
Sure, I live on Cape Cod, one of the most popular wedding destinations in the country. But I think this was actually the first beach ceremony I’ve been a part of! Corporation Beach in Dennis made for an amazing setting.
Basil slipped away from control, and had a fantasticly good time splashing around in the waves!
Friends and family moved from beach to the Cape Cod Museum of Art in Dennis. I love finding unique venues around the Cape and this is certainly one of them. Incredible tall ceilings, paintings, sculptures and many other forms of art. A perfect environment to toast champagne and mingle with new and old friends.
Katie and Justin, words cannot express how happy we are for the
two three of you. You are a beautiful couple with so much laughter and happiness between you. And your wedding day brought together all the perfect elements and people who make you who you are. Thank you for including us both in your celebrations! XO
